First off this hole in the wall restaurant is amazing, the owners are very friendly, talkative and inviting. The food is amazing. I customized it a bit as depicted in the picture, it's very fresh, the chicken is juicy and very consistent never dry. The portions are very friendly and giving. I've been coming here for approximately 3+ years now and have never had a complaint. They also do catering which i will defintely consider should I throw an event. So overall it's a 10/10 for me, from the owners inviting personalities and way of being to the conistent delivery on food standards. Highly recommend! 1. The best chicken breast kabob never dry always juicy and cooked just right. With a very light crisp to the exterior. 2. The shirazi is very well seasoned, and has just the right amount of salt and lime to give it that little kick some of us love to get. 3. The jalapeños are always great and love the mystery behind whether it will be spicy or not 4. The garlic spread is just perfect in flavor not overpowering.
Simply the best hummus, salmon and rice plate I have ever had in my life. Highly recommended, every time I order I always receive excellent quality of food. And rarely do I have left overs because the food is so good.
Try the chicken cotletta, phenomenal! Great family owned business has been around for many years. If you haven't been, what have you been doing? Missing out is the answer!

I ordered the salmon plate and everything was delicious. The salmon was a bit too well done for my liking but the flavor was still good. I got my plate with the hummus and salad shirazi. Everything had a great flavor. I recommend you try the garlic paste that they sell on the side.
An amazing gem in Sunland. The chicken thigh and breast kebabs are some of the best I've ever had. Their rice is fluffy and flavorful and the hummus is so creamy. Love the shriazi salad too. The food is beyond amazing and always consistent. We're so lucky to have this place near us!

Wow - we ordered vegetarian and mixed meats for a party of 30 people. These were the sampler plates we ordered before hand to confirm sides and meats. Everyone loved the mixed platters!
Very happy with this choice. I noticed this local spot only had 300+ reviews, mostly good so I wanted to give it a try. Small spot in a small lot. No guests when I arrived. Kinda odd looking inside, no menus on the wall or screen, only by hand. Seems like a decent size menu with many selections. I ordered the #38 Beef Shish Kabob for $15.99. Came with a lot of rice, pita, a whole cooked tomato, roasted green pepper and a side, of which I chose the Salad Shirazi. Lady said 20 minutes. While waiting I noticed the plaque on the wall (see attached) congratulating this establishment for a successful reopening to the food program for seniors at a local senior housing place. That's pretty cool. 17 min after I placed my order it was ready. 7 minute drive home and the food was still surprisingly hot. The steak was cooked to order, several pieces served over perfectly cooked rice with fresh parsley. The roasted pepper was good and of course goes well with the steak. The salad which is tomatoes, cucumber and onion was very good and seemed fresh. With large portions of rice and steak, this meal 1 will turn into 2. They even have a pizza oven in there. I'm told their hummus is excellent. I'll be back.
